Our story begins in July 2014, when I was introduced to the world of Scientific and Laboratory Instrumentation. It was extremely exciting as I belonged to a commerce and marketing background. The range of instruments, their purpose, how it is used, why it is used, where it is used, who uses it were some of the many simple questions that had me excited and got me started.   I began this journey by learning about weighing balances and going customer to customer with one of our company engineers to learn installations, interact with customers, see what problems they face and how to solve them. We visited a wide range of customers together from jewelry to Pharmaceuticals. I was fascinated, up until now the only scale I knew was the weighing scale we had at home, gyms or at railway stations. Then slowly I learnt about more products like Viscometers, Ovens, Incubators, Vials, Septa-Caps, Water testing products, chromatography consumables, different kinds of laboratory instruments etc. As I grew and gained knowledge slowly but steadily, this field attracted me.   I was in charge of Marketing so while travelling over India, I started to understand more about what expectations our customers have and how we have to tend to them. All this keeping in mind that we have to be honest, truthful, consistent and responsible for everything that we sell. 6 years passed and I eventually decided to start my own firm and venture on this journey. The 4 values you read above form the pillars of the company I have started i.e. ‘Bio India Equipment’ in July 2020.   Our target is to deliver whatever is in our scope of supply at the most competitive pricing because ‘Dhanda bhi toh karna hai na’. Yes, we would try to deliver whatever is required but if something is not in our scope of supply we would be saying a ‘No’.   Our Vision is to be one of India’s most reliable supplier of Laboratory Instruments   Our mission is to provide quality, competent products to meet customer requirements in the best possible way while creating a value for both.
